Then, a years-long experience by the Onassis family will have a strong impact on the chef’s career. By Christina Onassis’ side – famous inheritor of Greek billionaire Aristote Onassis-, Jean-Christophe Ansanay-Alex evolves into a luxury, high-demanding world, where he will shape his own culinary personality.
