    After completing his studies, Jean-Christophe Ansanay-Alex decides to return to his hometown in Lyon, where he joins chef Pierre Orsi’s head house. Then, a years-long experience by the Onassis family will have a strong impact on the chef’s career. By Christina Onassis’ side – famous inheritor of Greek billionaire Aristote Onassis-, Jean-Christophe Ansanay-Alex evolves into a luxury, high-demanding world, where he will shape his own culinary personality. He makes a final stop at Didier Clément’s kitchen, who teaches him how to cook in a very personal and thoughtful way, far from the classical haute-cuisine’s codes.
